Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@bijoufy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bijoufy.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
